William joined Brockwell in 2026 from Ambridge Europe Limited, where he was an Underwriting Manager in the International & Transaction Tax team for 3 years, helping to build out a market-leading W&I Tax and specific Tax insurance teams.

William Albion
William is the global Head of Tax at Brockwell, supervising the underwriting of specific Tax policies and Tax within W&I transactions. He is a chartered accountant with a broad range of multi-jurisdictional Tax experience across advisory, M&A and Tax insurance.
Previously, William has worked for EY and 8 Advisory in their respective Tax M&A practises.
