Tom joined Brockwell in 2020 from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where he was a corporate lawyer in the M&A and Corporate Finance team. Tom has advised on a variety of private M&A, corporate real estate and ECM transactions, as well as advising W&I insurers in relation to transactional insurance.

Prior to joining Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Tom worked at Addleshaw Goddard in London.
