Lee has substantial experience underwriting insurance for M&A transactions across a broad range of jurisdictions and industries over the past decade.

Prior to joining the insurance market Lee headed the M&A team at Friends Life – the life insurance operations division of Friends Life Group, formerly listed on the FTSE 100 as Friends Provident plc and now owned by Aviva plc.

Lee began his career as a corporate lawyer with Eversheds Sutherland and Herbert Smith Freehills.
