Jai was previously a senior associate in the London corporate team at CMS. During that time he helped build the firm’s transactional risk insurance advisory practice, training many of its corporate lawyers and advising several global insurers and insured persons.

As well as mid-market private equity, Jai is an energy sector specialist and is a leading underwriter for renewables projects.
