Laurence joined Brockwell from Citi where he was an assistant vice president in the EMEA tax team and, aside from financial services, focused on the tax aspects of restructurings.

Prior to Citi, Laurence was a senior associate at Deloitte and advised on various M&A transactions and tax advisory projects. Whilst at Deloitte and Grant Harrod Lerman Davis, Laurence managed a significant number of tax audits.
